CLIMATE POSITIVE

The climate is at a tipping point and urgent action is needed globally at all levels. Every government, organisation and individual has a duty to act, including us. We created our company as an environment-centred business from the outset. We are proud of who we are and what we are achieving:

• Our office uses 100% renewable electricity and always will do.

• When we take over block management, we switch the electricity supply from fossil fuels to renewables.

• We're making carbon footprint as small as possible and measure it annually, offsetting anything that remains.

• In addition, through Carbon Neutral Britain, we are planting 30 trees every month, which removes an additional 60 tonnes of CO2 every year.
